Fall HOT Rates

Take advantage of The Colony’s early Fall HOT rate of $159 per night plus tax, single/double occupancy for guests staying October 1 – November 12, 2008 based on availability. Add breakfast for a Bed and Breakfast rate of $200 per night. To receive rate, you must mention early Fall HOT rate when making your reservation. [Note: the weekends of October 10-11 and 24-25 are not available.]

Take advantage of The Colony’s late Fall HOT rate of $200 for rooms and $325 for suites per night plus tax, single/double occupancy for guests staying November 17 – December 21, 2008 based on availability. Add breakfast for a Bed and Breakfast rate of $225 for rooms and $350 for suites per night. To receive rate, you must mention late Fall rate when making your reservation.

Christmas Week Special

Christmas Week [12/22 – 12/27]: $310 per night [based on single or double occupancy] plus tax. Arrivals on 12/25, 12/26 & 12/27 require a three night minimum stay. All specials are based on availability.

January 2009 Special

January 2009: $300 per night [based on single or double occupancy] plus tax. Available: January 5 – 18, 2009. All specials are based on availability.

February 2009 Special

February 2009: Arrive Sunday or Monday and receive the special rate of $350 per night [based on single or double occupancy] plus tax. Reservations limited to a maximum of two weeks. Available: February 1 - 28, 2009. President’s Weekend is excluded. All specials are based on availability. Reservation must be booked by October 31st.
